Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare launched on 1 October 2024 (when Southern Health, Solent and some services from Isle of Wight and Sussex Partnership merged to form the new NHS Trust). This was a huge undertaking and we are working to harmonise our documents, policies, forms, IT systems, emails and more - but this will take time. As such you may find documents, contact details and other info relating to our legacy Trusts across the site - these will continue to work and will be gradually updated. The information on our website should be accurate and correct, however, if you spot something that needs to be updated or isn’t working, let us know and we will correct this.
