Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare launched on 1 October 2024 (when Southern Health, Solent and some services from Isle of Wight and Sussex Partnership merged to form the new NHS Trust). This was a huge undertaking and we are working to harmonise our documents, policies, forms, IT systems, emails and more - but this will take time. As such you may find documents, contact details and other info relating to our legacy Trusts across the site - these will continue to work and will be gradually updated.
