Generous annual leave allowance
Full-time staff under the Agenda for Change (AfC) pay scheme are entitled to 27 days annual leave per year, plus bank holidays, which increases after five and ten years service. Enrolment in our fantastic pension scheme

Wellbeing Assistance
We're partnered with Viv-up, who offer a robust Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that includes counselling and lifestyle support for both physical and mental health. Available 24/7, 365 days a year, this service provides confidential help and advice on a wide range of issues, ensuring that our staff have the support they need whenever they need it.
Fast Track Physiotherapy Appointments
We are proud to offer a dedicated fast track physiotherapy service for Trust staff to refer directly through Occupational Health. The aim is to see all referrals within four weeks, and staff are treated as required.
Eye Tests and Glasses
Regular eye examinations can detect vision problems early and contribute to better eye health, which is why all staff that use DSE (display screen equipment) are eligible for free eye tests. You'll be able to request a voucher through our Occupational Health team once you've joined us.
