Thursday 15 May – Supportive conversations about mental health.

You are invited to attend a virtual members-only event during mental health awareness week. This year’s theme is community, so we want to offer you the chance to learn more about how to start conversations around mental health, and provide that opportunity for someone to talk.

We have teamed up with our partners at Solent Mind to deliver you a session about supportive conversations about mental health. We'll take you through a framework for having supportive conversations with family, friends and colleagues about mental health. By the end of the session, you will know what to say and do, and what not to say and do, have tips on how to start the conversation and feel more confident to talk about mental health and wellbeing.
