Sources of support

When you get into trouble with the police or when a close relationship ends, it’s common to feel alone and overwhelmed. But there is help available. There are services that can support you in understanding and managing your stalking behaviour, improve your mental health, help you build healthier relationships, develop hobbies, and even assist with employment or substance use issues. Reaching out for support is the first step toward positive change.
