Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services for children, young people and their parents, across the whole of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
We work closely with parents, children and young people alongside colleagues in primary care (GP), local authorities and more acute and specialised services to ensure you and your child get the support they need.

The 0-19 service is accessible for any family or young person up to 19-years-old. Health Visitors and School Nurses help with a child's development, as well supporting with emotional or wellbeing needs.

The Child Health Information Service (CHIS) is responsible for updating and maintaining all electronic records for anyone aged 0-19-years-old in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

The Children in Care service works in close partnership with children, young people, their carers and local authorities to ensure that children and young people’s health needs are supported whilst they remain in care and as care leavers.

The Community Children’s Asthma service provides short term specialist support and interventions to children and young people up to the age of 16 years old with an asthma diagnosis, or those who have suspected asthma and are taking asthma treatments.

Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) is a voluntary programme for young parents aged 24 and under. Young mothers-to-be are partnered with a specially trained family nurse who visits them regularly, from early pregnancy until their child is aged between one and two.

The School Age Immunisation Service offers vaccinations to children (aged 4-16) across all Hampshire schools and children who are electively home educated. Find out more here.
