School Age Immunisations

About the service

The School Age Immunisation Service offers vaccinations to children (aged 4-16) across all Hampshire schools and children who are electively home educated. For children attending a special school, vaccinations are offered up to their 25th birthday.

Vaccinations include:

  • Nasal Flu (Influenza)
  • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)
  • Teenage Booster: Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio (TdIPV), Meningitis ACWY (MenACWY)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella)

Accessing the service

Your local school immunisation team will make visits to your child's school throughout the year. Parents/carers will be emailed a letter containing the link needed to complete the online form, along with the Local Authority number assigned to your school (or Home Educated code). A link for vaccine information is also contained in this letter.

Find out more about vaccination information, sign consent forms, and read FAQs on HealthforKids.
