We specialise in helping adults with a Learning Disability who are registered with a GP in Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight that require specialist support.
We work with individuals who have difficulties having their health needs met by mainstream services due to having a Learning Disability. We also work with a person's family, carers and wider services to ensure a joined up approach where possible.
We can help you with your health needs as below:

- Epilepsy
- Behaviours which challenge
- Mental health including dementia
- Autism
- Forensic health needs.
We work with people over 18.
What do we mean by Learning Disability? We mean adults who have had a learning disability since childhood and find it hard to understand new or difficult information; find it hard to learn new skills; and find it hard to cope independently.
