Service user groups

Service User Groups are for people with learning disabilities who have received a service from us and would like to get involved to help us make our service better.

You can become involved in
  • Groups.

  • Workshops.

  • Producing easy read information.

  • Telling us what you think about our service.

Our groups have helped make easy read leaflets, they have told us what they think about our service and they have reviewed some books for ‘Books Beyond Words'.

We have recently worked with Lymington Hospital to produce an Easy Read Urgent Treatment Centre document.

The groups have also given presentation at our Trust meetings, to our staff and to university students.

To find out more about service user groups in your area please contact your local Learning Disability Team.
