Chapter one: getting to know us
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust was formed in October 2024. As a new organisation we now have the ability to unite our services, ensuring better access and high-quality care for people in our area.
Our core aim is to work alongside the people we support and our health and care partners to reduce healthcare inequalities and ensure everyone, regardless of where they live, has access to high-quality person-centred care.
We are the largest provider of community, mental health, and learning disability services in the region.
