St Marys Community Health Campus in Portsmouth is home to a number of community services. The campus also has one inpatient unit, Spinnaker Ward.
Some services at St Marys Community Health Campus are provided by Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
Spinnaker Ward is a 12 bed unit that provides Specialist Inpatient Rehabilitation for patients with complex physical disability excluding new Stroke diagnoses. The unit is primarily commissioned to manage the needs of adults 65 years of age and older, however younger patients [between the ages of 60 – 65 years of age] may also be considered following review by our ward Consultant.

Assessment to Intervention Team (A2i)
The Assessment to Intervention (A2i) Team are part of the available support for those suffering with mental ill health in Portsmouth. A2i are a team of experienced mental health nurses, Social workers, Occupational Therapists, support workers, doctors and a psychologist. We aim is to understand and assess your needs so we can identify the support and treatment required to help you recover.
We offer routine, holistic assessments to individuals with severe and enduring mental illness.
We are able to offer short term interventions to identified patients. The support offered is individualised to the persons identified needs but may include a medication review, intensive Occupational therapy, psychological assessment and short term evidenced based interventions.

Portsmouth Rehabilitation and Reablement Team (PRRT)
The Portsmouth Rehabilitation and Reablement Team is an integrated health and social care team the purpose of which is to provide responsive support for people whose needs have intensified, often as the result of an acute illness.

Pharmacy Services
We have a team of staff working within an inhouse pharmacy based at St Marys' Hospital issuing stock and dispensing individual patient supplies for inpatient wards in the Portsmouth area for a number of community and mental health wards in the East of Hampshire
We also provide medicines related support and advice to other teams and services within the trust, supporting staff to use medicines safely and effectively in their specialist areas, and supporting patients to effectively manage their own medication.

Community Bladder and Bowel Service
The service promotes continence and the management of incontinence, along with all aspects of pelvic floor dysfunction, through interventions by specifically trained nurses and a womens' health physiotherapist. These clinicians provide an assessment service for clients with bladder, bowel and pelvic floor difficulties following clinical pathways agreed with consultants and GPs.

You can find cycle racks near the front entrance to Block A.
Bus
First Bus service no. 2 stops right outside St. Mary’s Milton Road.
Train
The nearest train station is Fratton, which is around a 25-minute walk or 10 minute car/taxi journey.
Parking
Parking is very limited on the hospital site and so where possible please try and use alternative travel when you can.
Motorcycle parking bays are available on site.
All motorists are required to pay for parking as they exit the car park.
Payment machines are located at the Main Entrance, Block A and on the corner of Block C. Motorists can pay via the machines or alternatively by the cashless payment app Sippi.

Blue badge holders
Blue Badge holders may park for free for the duration of their stay.
To park for free, Blue Badge holders need to locate a payment machine, select the 'Blue Badge holder' button on the touch screen, and scan the Blue Badge barcode underneath the scanner built into the machine.
If you are unsure, please approach one of the payment machines, where you can follow the on-screen instructions.
