About the service
The Specialist Multiple Sclerosis Nursing Service provides a community service for adults with Multiple Sclerosis with registered nurses who have additional qualifications to support people with Multiple Sclerosis.
What we do
We support individuals to manage their MS as best as possible, giving advice and guidance around treatment, lifestyle and providing information and support.
We also offer community clinics and home visits where more appropriate. Our team works closely with other services including the Wessex Neurology Centre.
Accessing the service
Any adult with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis who is registered with a Southamnpton City GP can refer into the service.
