The Foot Health Experts

The Foot Health Experts, formerly known as Tip Toe, was established in 2011 to support patients who are not eligible for NHS podiatry, offering alternative options for routine foot care, such as nail and hard skin treatments. The service is also used by NHS eligible patients who choose to receive more frequent care within a safe podiatry setting.

Our dedicated team, comprising podiatrists, podiatry assistants, and administrative staff, operates across Portsmouth, Southampton, West and East Hampshire and the surrounding local areas. We pride ourselves on delivering patient-centred care, empowering our service users to shape their individual care plans. Our proactive approach serves as an excellent diagnostic first point of contact, helping to prevent foot complications and the progression of foot-related conditions. Regular and accurate assessments, including yearly foot checks, ensure that both we and our patients stay informed about their foot health.

The service is invaluable to the NHS, contributing to a reduction in amputation rates through preventative care, advice, and signposting. Additionally, the income generated by The Foot Health Experts is reinvested into the NHS, supporting its sustainability. We are committed to continuous improvement, taking patient satisfaction questionnaires, incidents, and complaints seriously to enhance our service.
