We have Community Therapy Teams in areas across Hampshire.
The teams consist of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Assistants - providing therapy input to local people in their own environments.
About the service
We provide rehabilitation, advice, and signposting for people in their own homes to optimise their potential.
The team will work closely with you to provide assessment and treatments with a focus on what you want to achieve, and how you can keep going, using your own techniques.
The therapy may consist of one-to-one sessions, group classes or advice, where you will be encouraged and supported to achieve your aims.
Accessing the service
To receive therapy, will need to have a referral from a health professional into the relevant team.
