Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare are delighted to announce the launch of its brand new annual staff awards, The Healthcare Hero Awards.
The Healthcare Hero Awards are our Trust's way of saying thank you to our staff for everything that they do to make a difference in the lives of those who use our services and colleagues. From the ward to the office, from inpatient services to the community, we want to recognise and reward all the heroes who make our Trust what it is. After all, not all heroes wear capes!

The Patient Choice Award has been designed to give you the opportunity to recognise and express your gratitude to a staff member or team who has made a significant difference in the care you or your loved ones have received. Click here to access our public nomination form.
What happens after I nominate?
The nomination process for the Healthcare Hero Awards will run for 6 weeks. A panel of judges will carefully review all nominations and will help us shortlist the finalists for each category.
Those shortlisted will all be invited to a special awards ceremony, where we’ll assemble to honour the remarkable contributions of your Healthcare Heroes and our 12 category winners will be revealed.
