The new rehabilitation centre at Western Community Hospital is marking the festive season with the addition of a beautiful Christmas tree, generously donated by Forestry England’s New Forest team.

The tree has been placed in the outdoor courtyard of the newly opened, state-of-the-art facility, creating a warm and cheerful welcome for patients, visitors, and staff during the festive period.

Stephanie Bridger, Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Allied Health Professionals at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, said: “We are thrilled to have this stunning Christmas tree on display in our outdoor area. It adds a festive touch to our new centre, helping to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits or works here. We are very grateful to Forestry England for their kind support.”

Forestry England sells sustainable Christmas trees from New Park each year, with proceeds supporting the care and management of the New Forest.
