Our Children’s Therapy team works closely together to support children and young people who need specialist help from one or more of our therapy services. These include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy.
All children are different and develop at different speeds. Some children find learning certain skills more difficult than others and they may need specialist assessment and advice from one of our therapists.
Our vision is that all children and young people are provided with the skills they need to take part, as effectively as possible, in everyday situations and are supported to reach their full potential.

Fatigue Service
Our Fatigue Service supports children and young people who experience Long Covid or fatigue for more than 12 weeks.
We accept referrals through GP. If your child or teenager is experiencing long term symptoms or problems from COVID-19, or have ongoing persistent fatigue, brain fog, pain, breathing difficulties, headaches, anxiety, low mood and sleep disturbances, they may need support. Your GP will be able to refer you for specialist help and support. A blood test will be needed to rule out other causes of fatigue. This service is funded until March 2025.
Don't delay looking for help if you need it - visit your GP.
