From educational media to interactive tools, we’ve gathered a variety of options to help you discover the tips and strategies for taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing.

Books and other reads

Visit our CAMHS Academy website for a curated collection of books recommended by our CAMHS workforce. These resources are designed to help young people and families cope with challenges that can occur during childhood and adolescence. The collection covers a wide range of topics, including ADHD, Autism, Eating Disorders, and more.

Calm Harm - designed to help people resist or manage the urge to self-harm through evidence-based psychological treatment called Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Anya App - Free 24/7 support app for newborn care, baby feeding and growing families in Portsmouth.
