Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Open to all employees and available 24/7-365 days a year, our partner Viv-up provide confidential counselling, advice and resources for personal and work issues like stress, anxiety and depression, family and relationship problems, financial worries, bereavement and legal guidance.

Generous leave allowances
Annual leave starting at 27 days + 8 bank holidays, rising to 29 after five years, and 33 after ten years. You'll be entitled to enchanced sick pay from day one, and we also provide paid leave for maternity, paternity and adoption.

Flexible working arrangements
In line with the NHS People Plan, we support colleagues with flexible working arrangements (where possible, dependent on service demands), ranging from compressed, staggered or flexitime hours, hybrid/remote models, part-time and term time contracts and job shares.

Fast track Physiotherapy appointments
We are proud to offer a dedicated fast track Physiotherapy service for Trust staff to self-refer directly through Occupational Health, aimed at treating staff with musculoskeletal symptoms such as joint/muscle pain.

Free eye tests and vouchers towards glasses
Regular eye examinations can detect vision problems early and contribute to better eye health, which is why all staff that use DSE (display screen equipment) are eligible for free eye tests, as well as vouchers towards the cost of glasses and prescription lenses.

Annual flu vaccination
All staff are eligible for a flu vaccination, which is aimed and helping to keep our patients, communities and colleagues safe.


Cycle to Work Scheme
Our Cycle to Work scheme offers employees the opportunity to obtain bicycles and cycling equipment worth up to £3,500, as part of the salary sacrifice scheme. Compared to the upfront cost of bike purchase, employees save on average 32% through reduced Income Tax and National Insurance contributions.

Gym discounts
You'll be eligible for special offers exclusively for NHS employees on a number of gyms around Hampshire, including Nuffield Health, the Gym Group and Pure Gym.
