SPARK Sessions

Introducing SPARK Sessions

SPARK Sessions are a new programme of interactive events designed to inspire curiosity, encourage innovation and strengthen collaboration across Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and our wider health and care partners.

As healthcare continues to evolve, creating opportunities for colleagues to connect, learn and think differently is increasingly important. SPARK Sessions provide a space to explore new ideas, share experiences and learn from one another, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Built around the principles of Vision, Motivation, Transformation and Connection, the sessions will bring together colleagues, partners and external speakers to discuss topics that are shaping the future of health and care, including:

  • Innovation and improvement
  • Leadership and culture
  • Partnership working
  • Digital and technological developments
  • Population health and prevention
  • Future healthcare trends

Rather than traditional presentations, SPARK Sessions will focus on meaningful conversations, discussion and shared learning. Through interactive participation, colleagues will have the opportunity to hear different perspectives, exchange ideas and consider how successful approaches can be applied across services and teams.

By connecting people from different professions, organisations and backgrounds, SPARK Sessions aim to build relationships, stimulate fresh thinking and create opportunities for collaboration that support better outcomes for our communities.
