By completing this form, I confirm that I agree to the following declaration:·
I would like to participate in the TCS London Marathon 2027 for Brighterway Trust Charity and pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500 (excluding Gift Aid) which will be paid to the Brighterway Charity no later than 4 weeks after the event date
80% of sponsorship needs to have been raised a minimum of 4 weeks before the event
If I am not able to fundraise the minimum amount by four weeks after the event I will either:
- Pay the balance from my own personal funds by this date, or in instalments by a mutually agreed date with Brighterway Charity
- Fundraise the balance by a mutually agreed date with Brighterway Charity (and acknowledge Brighterway Charity will be more than happy to provide help with my fundraising plans)
I understand that the registration fee of £50 is non-refundable and payable on confirmation of my place, and until payment is received by the charity my place is not confirmed
I agree to set up an online fundraising page within seven days of being allocated a place
If I am unable to raise the minimum amount by four weeks after the event, I will work with Brighterway Charity to either raise the rest at a mutually agreed time or pay the balance from my own personal funds.
I am entering the TCS London Marathon of my own volition and therefore confirm that my general state of health and fitness is good and that I understand that any injury sustained by me during the race or whilst training is my own responsibility and not the responsibility of the Charity (or Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust)
